The Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy is seeking professional service from relevant individuals for the production of an 8-10 minutes film. 
 
Scope of the work is as follows:

  1. The filmmaker will film and edit an 8-10 minute film on the emergence of civil society in Bhutan.

  2. The filmmaker will work under the guidance and script from BCMD and the director of the film.

  3. Film interviews and settings as required

  4. The organization will provide archived footage and stills, however, the filmmaker must be able to find other footage, not in the archives but necessary for the film.

  5. The entire video will be subtitled and incorporate translation for differently-abled people

The quotation should reach the office of BCMD addressed to AFD, BCMD, Thimphu on or before May 07 2021 during office hours.
