The Royal Institute of Management (RIM) is conducting a Leadership Development Programme (LDP) for civil servants in P2-level positions of the Professional and Management Category (PMC). This development program is conducted in collaboration with the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC).

This program is intended to bring the desired mindset and behavioural change in future
leaders as required by the Leadership Capability Framework and to better prepare for leadership roles. The LDP consist of various modules and the first module for LDP cohort 11 is scheduled for 27-29 September 2023. The whole program will be completed over a period of 4-6 months. All the applicants once selected and admitted to the program is required to complete it, even if you get promoted to a P1 position while undergoing the program.

In order to optimise the learning from the program, participants will be required to complete assignments before attending the workshop and complete learning and assessment activities during and after the module workshops. During the course of the program, participants will develop a Leadership Change Project which should be implemented as a post-workshop assignment.

Eligible P2 civil servants fulfilling the eligibility criteria are requested to register for the course (Click here for registration) on or before 15 September 2023. All applicants are required to submit a statement of intent along with the application. Final selection results will be communicated via email on 18th September 2023.

• Civil servants in P2 position
• Minimum performance rating of “Good” since appointment in P2, if applicable.
• P2 officials in all major occupational groups except for those in Education & Training
