The Royal Institute of Management (RIM) is conducting a Leadership Development Programme (LDP) for civil servants in P2 level position of the Professional and Management Category (PMC). This development program is conducted in collaboration with the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC).    

This programme is intended to bring the desired mindset and behavioural change in the future leaders as required by the Leadership Capability Framework. The LDP consists of various modules and the first module for LDP 7 and LDP 8 is scheduled for 16-17 March and 23-24 March 2023, respectively. The whole program will be completed over a period of 4-6 months.   

In order to optimize the learning from the program, participants will be required to complete assignments before attending the workshop and complete learning and assessment activities during and after the module workshops. During the course of the program, participants will develop a Leadership Change Project which should be implemented as a post workshop assignment.   

Eligible P2 civil servants fulfilling the eligibility criteria are requested to register for the course (Click here  for registration) on or before 28^th February, 2023. All applicants are required to submit a statement of intent along with the application. Final selection results will be communicated via email on 6th March, 2023.   

Eligibility criteria    

• Civil servants in P2 position
• Minimum performance rating of “Good” since appointment in P2
• P2 officials in all major occupational groups except for those in Education & Training Services Group and Medical and Health Services Group
