Hon’ble Member from Nganglam Constituency passes away

The National Assembly of Bhutan is deeply saddened by the untimely demise of Hon’ble Choida Jamtsho (56) from Nganglam Constituency. Late Honorable has been a Member of the National Assembly of Bhutan since 2008 serving three terms of Parliament and has been a torch bearer in the parliamentary democratic institution. 

With his professional background and skills in auditing, Late Hon’ble Choida Jamtsho has served as the Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee for several terms.  He has also been a member of several committees and served very well. The National Assembly of Bhutan has lost a hardworking and dedicated Member of Parliament,  who has always worked for the benefit of the people and served Tsa Wa Sum with utmost dedication.

We have lost a gentle, humble, and a deeply spiritual person. The family of the National Assembly of Bhutan shares our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.  We offer our prayers for the departed soul and for his swift rebirth.
