VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INTERNAL RECRUITMENT

HRA invites applications from eligible DHI employees interested in taking up the following position:

Eligibility Criteria

Director, Corporate Performance Department

· Must have Master's Degree (preferably MBA) with a minimum of 13 years (excluding the study period) of professional work experience of which at least 3 years should be at SA level and above.

· Should be currently in DHI grade PS4/CS4.

· Minimum average performance rating of 85 points for the last three years.

· Must have advanced business knowledge and skills necessary to analyze and understand the overall value of a business enterprise (corporate strategy, finance, operations and technology, sales and marketing, human resource, etc.).

Please find below the detailed Terms of Reference of the position:

· ToR – Director, Corporate Performance Department

An application pack containing the following documents must be completed and submitted to the Associate Manager, HR & Admin., on or before February 24, 2021:

· DHI application form

· Curriculum Vitae

· Security Clearance Certificate (approved online)

· Audit Clearance Certificate for Interview
