Draktsho Vocational Training Centre for Special Children and Youth was established on 2nd October, 2001, it was founded by Ms. Rigzin Padma Tsogyal, a parent of a boy with learning disabilities. Draktsho is a non profit making organization and the only one of its kind in the country which aspires to enhance the living standard of children and youth with various types of disabilities through empowerment by training, and eventual integration with the mainstream population.
