𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐬:

Gold Silver Smith (Trezo): Known in Bhutan as Trezo, the ornament making is an art of making ornaments and religious items which is also vibrant. Most ornaments are being made of Gold or Silver including brass and copper. Brooches, Rings, ear rings, necklace, bangles are some of the products made by masters of craftsman known as Troe Ko Lopen.  By the end of course the candidates will gained confidence in hands-on jewellery design and rendering.

Embroidery (Tshemdru): This is traditional method of sewing patterns and logos on cloth piece. This trade also enhances the quality and the look of the alter room products. The design and develop statues on a plain cloth piece with threads. After the training the candidates shall have knowledge and practice of different types of Traditional embroidery & be able to transfer skills on different articles to get the required effect. The candidate can be an independent entrepreneur 

Wood Turning (Shazo): The art of wood turning and lacquering is known as Shazo which is one of the ancient tradition found in Bhutan. It was a hereditary craft being practiced which was being passed from parents to sons and represents a part of the material culture. Who works in production through is craft is known as Shazopa– master of wood turning. The candidates will get glimpse into the traditional of wood turning where pieces of wood can be convert into useful and decorative objects.
