The Construction Development Board (CDB) notifies all unemployed graduate engineers (civil) to attend 6 days training on electronic Government Procurement (e-GP), Construction Manager Software (CMS), Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) & Refresher course

The Construction Development Board (CDB) notifies all unemployed graduate engineers (civil) to attend 6 days training on electronic Government Procurement (e-GP), Construction Manager Software (CMS), Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) & Refresher course scheduled in:

Thimphu (Western Region);
Gyelposhing (Central & Eastern Region); and
Gelephu (Southern Region).

This training is intended to induct engineers to the construction industry with the primary motive to address and ensure construction quality and at the same time generate employment. The recent change in the evaluation criteria for procurement of work requires the large contractors to employ graduate engineers trained and certified in e-GP, CMS, OHS and the refresher course of CDB. The contractors who employ graduate engineers certified in the aforementioned training will score additional points in the technical stage of evaluation.

The trainees will benefit as provided in the table below:

*Tier - IV*	*Fresh/Unemployed Engineer (Mandatory)*	*Fresh/Unemployed Graduate Engineer with basic trainings in CMS, OHS, e-GP & CDB Refresher Course; OR* *BE civil engineer with less than 5 years of experience without basic trainings; OR* *Diploma engineer with less than 6 years of experience without basic trainings*	10 10 10

The trainees will be provided Refreshments and DSA but have to arrange your own logistics.
