National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids from interested and prospective bidders for the supply of EPBAX system, configuration, and AMC.   
Bids shall be received in sealed envelopes on or before 1:00 pm on 22nd November 2021 and shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 pm at NPPF Board Room, Thimphu. Any tender received after the deadline for the submission shall be rejected. 
Please note that bids shall be rejected at the time of opening if: 

  1. Integrity Pact is not signed by authorized person & witnesses or incomplete, 
  2. Bid security is not sufficient or not enclosed or not valid and; 

Trade license and tax certificates are not enclosed.  

Detailed Bidding Documents shall be purchased from NPPF Head Office with effect from 22nd October 2021 from NPPF Head Office at a nominal cost of Nu.200.00. For any inquiry, please contact Procurement Section (Tel-02-324140).
