This is to notify all Large and Medium class Contractors and Consultancy Firms registered with the Construction Development Board (CDB) that we will be monitoring the office establishment to check compliance to the registration requirements.
Therefore, all firms are requested to update the correct details of Firm’s employees, office location and contact details in the CDB System (e-Zotin). The Monitoring Team will verify the required human resources of the firm through monthly salary sheet authenticated by Health Contribution (HC), Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), or Provident Fund (PF) deposited documents.
Failing to comply with registration requirements shall lead to suspension and down-gradation of CDB certificate in accordance to the Monitoring Guidelines 2020.
