All the interested in-service civil servants who meet the eligibility criteria as per Clause 13.7.4 of BCSR 2018 may apply with the following documents to HRD on or before 28 October 2021:

  1. Letter of Intent
  2. Updated CV generated from ZESt (verified by HRO).
  3. Moderation result of last two financial years with signature and seal of concern HRO
  4. Valid Security Clearance and Audit Clearance
  5. No objection certificate routed through concern HRC

Note:

Shortlisting of applicants will be based on the result of a Psychometric Test administered by the RCSC. The date for the Psychometric Test will be intimated through email. Selection interviews will be scheduled after the declaration of Psychometric Test Result.
