  1. Bidding will be conducted through the open tender bidding of 10 Days (As per SPPR) procedures specified in the RGoB Procurement Manual and open to all national Bidders.
  2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Dzongkhag Engineering Office at Tel. No. 06481153/ 17995922 from 9.OOAM to 4.00PM.
  3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English can be downloaded from the website dagana.gov.bt by interested Bidders from 06/10/2021.
  4. Bids must be delivered to the Gewog office, Tseza. Dagana by 10:30 AM on 18/10/2021. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders'/Representatives in the Gewog office, Tseza. Dagana Dzongkhag at 11:30AM on 18/10/2021.
  5. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of as mentioned in table above.
