Interested national qualified Universities/Institutes/Consulting Firms are invited to submit “Proposal (Technical & Financial)” to Provide Training on how to Prepare Feasibility Studies and Business Plans for Agro-Industrial Development in the RNR Sector”. The proposal should be emailed to Karpo Dukpa at karpo@bpvbhutan.com no later than 4 PM (BST) on 4th October 2021. Late submission will not be accepted. Guidelines for preparing the proposal are provided in the RFP/ToR.
The assignment duration is from 4th October 2021 to 15th November 2021. The expected deliverables among others are: (1) Inception Report including methodology and work plan; (2) preparation of training materials; (3) Conduct of training; (4) Submission of final deliverables.
This assignment will be managed by DAI Brussels and will contribute to the European Union funded project titled: Technical Assistance for Renewable Natural Resources and Climate Change Response and Local Governments and Decentralisation-BHUTAN (EU-TACS).
