The Dzongkhag Administration, Chhukha would like to announce for the post of survey field assistant on "Cosolidated contract" for two Year.

Class XII passed with minimum of 60% in dzongkha and 50% in english

Therefore,all the eligible candidates within the age bracket of 18 to 45 years may follow the link"vacancy" on the dzongkhag website www.chhukha.gov.bt to submit the following documents in complete set. The dateline for submitting the documents shall remain opened w.e.f 20th september,2021 and will be closed at 5 PM on 23rd september, 2021. Any documents in hard copy and E-mail within or after the dateline shall not be accepted.

  • civil services employment application form which can be downloaded from RCSC's website www.rcsc.gov.bt ;
  • A copy of citizenship identity card;
  • A copy of security clearance valid at the time of submission;
  • A copy of medical fitness certificate valid for six months issued by a competent RGoB medical doctor;
  • Copies of academic transcipts.
  • Copies of PD license for school bus drivers and copy of academic transcipts and driving license for light vehicle
  • No objection letter from employer if employed;
  • Any other certificates,if you have

 

Note

  • Any scribble or over writing on the certificates shall be considered invalid.
  • Documents must be submitted in the sequential order given above.Any documents submitted in disorder shall be considered invalid.
  • Selected candidates must serve at least one year.

The short-listed candidates will be informed through Dzongkhag website www.chhukha.gov.bt . The date for selection interview will be confirmed during the short listing time.For details, Contact HR section at 08-478630 during office hour.
