The Public Accounts Committee conducted a consultative meeting with Royal Monetary Authority and three financial institutions of Bhutan; Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited, Bhutan Development Bank Limited and Bank of Bhutan Limited along with a team from Royal Audit Authority led by the Deputy Auditor General at National Council Plenary Hall today.

The meeting was held to discuss the unresolved financial irregularities as reported in the Annual Audit Report 2020. While some issues were resolved during the meeting,  a way forward was also discussed to resolve the remaining issues.
