Mr. Sonam Dorji who worked as a Research Officer in the Centre for Bhutan & GNH Studies for the last six and half years has joined the PPD, MoWHS as Planning Officer from August 2021. Apart from his research duties, his other responsibilities in that period in the Centre was the Project Manager of the Construction of the multi-use Zhichenkhar.
