Job Description

Position Title: HR Assistant

Grade: O5

Slots: 05

Employment Type: Regular

Duty Station: Corporate Office/Plants, DGPC

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Class XII passed, preferably with certificate in office management

Pay and Benefits

Pay Scale: Nu. 14,715-370-22,115
Other benefits and allowances as per the DGPC HR Manual

Eligibility Criteria:

Class XII: Minimum aggregate of 60% (Calculated as English + best 3 subjects)

Note:

Scanned Copy of Valid Citizenship Identity Card (Both Sides)
Scanned Copy of Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (not older than 6 months). Any overwriting shall not be accepted unless authenticated by the examining doctor
Valid Security Clearance Certificate, which DGPC can check online.
Curriculum Vitae
Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate for Class XII
Experience Certificate, If experience
Not Objection Certificate, If employed

DGPC reserves the right to either increase/decrease the number of intakes or may not take any, depending on the qualification/experiences /capabilities of the interested candidates, and their performance in the interviews. DGPC also reserves the right to select the next candidate based on the merit ranking should a selected candidate withdraw.
