The Ministry of Home Affairs is pleased to announce the following vacancies under the Tango Restoration Project and Rigsum Goenpa Restoration Project, Heritage Sites and Archaeology Division, Department of Culture and Dzongkha Development on time bound contract.

Interested and eligible candidates are requested to submit the following documents to the Human
Resource Division, Ministry of Home Affairs, via email at hrd@moha.gov.bt on or before 30th October
2026.

1. Duly completed RCSC Employment Application Form 4/1, available at www.rcsc.gov.bt.
2. Copies of relevant academic certificates, as applicable to the position applied for.
3. Valid Security Clearance Certificate.
4. Copy of Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card (CID).
5. No Objection Certificate (NOC), if currently employed.
6. Copy of a valid driving licence for the Light Vehicle Driver and Heavy Vehicle Driver positions.
7. Relevant work experience documents applying for the Store Assistant positions.
