National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) is pleased to announce the vacancy for the position of Chief, Risk Management and Compliance Division:

Qualification

Professional Experience

Employment Type

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree obtained through full-time study in a relevant field from a recognized university.

A Master’s Degree in a relevant field shall be preferred.

Work Experience

Minimum of nine (9) years of work experience, of which at least 2 to 3 years must be in risk and compliance functions. Up to eighteen (18) months of study period shall be counted as active service.

On contract for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of one term extension based on performance and other regulatory requirements.

All eligible interested candidates for applying for the above position must submit a duly completed NPPF Job Application form along with all the mandatory documents (listed in the TOR) in a sealed and signed envelop to the Chief, HRAD, Head Office, Thimphu on or before 27th October 2026 within the office hours.
