Requirements & How to Apply
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Culinary or pastry qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Basic understanding of pastry and baking techniques.
- Working knowledge of food hygiene and HACCР.
- Ability to work early, late, weekend and holiday shifts.
- Prior experience in a hotel or high-end pastry kitchen is preferred.
