The Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan (RMA) is pleased to announce vacancies for the positions detailed below (see Annexure I for positions requiring prior work experience and Annexure II for entry-level positions). 1. General Eligibility Criteria
2. a) Minimum Academic Baseline:
3. Class X: Minimum aggregate of 60% (calculated as English + best 4 subjects)
4. Class XII: Minimum aggregate of 60% (Calculated as English + best 3 subjects)
5. Qualifying Degree/Diploma: Minimum aggregate of 50% in the relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma required for the applied post.
6. b) Education Mode & Accreditation: Qualifications must be obtained through regular, full-time study at a university or institute recognised by the Bhutan Qualifications and Professionals Certification Authority (BQPCA) . Distance education degrees/diplomas are not eligible.
7. c) Work Experience: Only relevant professional experience earned post-qualification will be considered.

1. Preliminary Shortlisting and Selection Process

Candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria will be shortlisted and selected as follows:

1. Written Exam Cut-off: Candidates must secure a minimum of 65% in the written examination to qualify for the viva-voce shortlist.
2. Viva-Voce Pass Mark: A minimum score of 70% in the viva-voce is mandatory for final selection.

1. Academic Transcripts & Certificates: Official certificates and marksheets for Class X, Class XII, Diploma, Bachelor's degree, and Master's degree (where applicable).
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV):Mandatory for Grade PS3 and above. Must include:

• Details of Degree, Master's, CPA, or PhD qualifications (if applicable).
• Terms of Reference (TOR) detailing responsibilities in previous roles.
• Contact information for two (2) professional referees (one current/former supervisor and one colleague).

iii.    Security Clearance Certificate: Must be valid and verifiable online.

1. Citizenship Identity Card: Valid copy of Citizenship Identity Card (CID), showing both front and back sides.
2. Medical Fitness Certificate: Valid medical clearance certificate
3. Audit Clearance Certificate (if employed or in-service)

vii.  In-Service Clearance: Audit Clearance Certificate (if employed/in-service) and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current parent organization (if selected).

1. Incomplete application forms or missing supporting documents will lead to automatic disqualification.
2. Clear scanned copies are acceptable during initial online submission. Original copies must be presented for physical verification during the Viva-Voce stage.
3. The RMA reserves the right to adjust intake numbers or cancel the recruitment process based on candidate performance and organizational needs.
4. Selected candidates must sign an Employee Consent Form and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon appointment.
5. Final appointment is contingent upon successful background checks and obtaining a favorable Integrity Vetting Report (IVR) from the Anti-Corruption Commission.
