What will you be working on? The Air Traffic Controller is responsible for providing safe, orderly and efficient air traffic control services by communicating with pilots, monitoring aircraft movements, providing instructions and flight information, maintaining safe separation between aircraft, coordinating with relevant aviation units, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with established air traffic control procedures and aviation safety standards.

What we are looking for? For Air Traffic Controller II, the candidate should be someone who is highly attentive, calm under pressure, able to concentrate for long periods, communicates clearly and confidently with pilots, makes quick and accurate decisions, follows procedures strictly, has good situational awareness, and can work effectively in a shift-based and safety-critical environment.
