What will you be working on? -Plan, coordinate, and support research studies related to Traditional Medicine and Sowa Rigpa, including research proposals, protocols, tools, and field activities.
-Manage research data, including collection, entry, cleaning, analysis, storage, and documentation, and support literature reviews and evidence synthesis.
-Prepare research reports, technical briefs, policy notes, manuscripts, presentations, and other research outputs, and support dissemination of findings.
-Support monitoring, evaluation, and implementation of research and innovation activities, while identifying research gaps and opportunities for improvement.
-Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and support budgeting, procurement, logistics, documentation, reporting, and other research-related activities assigned by the supervisor.
- Any tasks assigned by the NCTMS and MoH

What we are looking for? The candidate should be able to think analytically, work independently, and contribute meaningfully to NCTMS's research agenda with integrity.
