The Ministry of Finance is pleased to announce the vacancy for the post of P1 Level through Open Competition as detailed below:

The interested eligible in-service candidates serving at P2A with minimum qualification requirement and fulfilling the other eligibility criteria as per Section 11.7.3 of BCSR 2023 may apply for the above post. The candidates shall submit their application and required documents to the HRD, MoF on or before September 08, 2026 via online application form (Click Here to Apply).

Required documents:

i. Application letter (Expression of Interest)
ii. Curriculum vitae/Resume (Tailored to the Position announced)
iii. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (Submit via online application form)
iv. Certificate of Completion of e-learning on Ethics and Integrity
v. Leadership Development Program (Certificate)
vi. Valid Security Clearance (HRD will verify online)
vii. Valid Audit Clearance (HRD will verify online)

Notes:

1. Shortlisting will be based on the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria and the Integrity Vetting Report from the ACC (HRD will verify through IVS).
2. Date for the selection interview will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates accordingly via email.
3. The RCSC vide letter no. RCSC/LS-63/2026-2027/0370 dated 28 July 2026 has granted a waiver of LPA
requirement and exception to consider P2 civil servants with one “Very Good” rating in recent two years to be eligible for P1 M positions. This waiver will remain in effect until the moderation deadline for FY 2027-2028.
