What will you be working on? Responsible for managing survey instructions, plans, equipment, and government property; maintaining cadastral records and survey documents; conducting levelling, topographic, cadastral, boundary, and engineering surveys; verifying administrative boundaries; collecting and updating land ownership and parcel information; preparing and authenticating land records; monitoring state land encroachment; supporting digitisation and mapping activities; providing guidance to landowners and new surveyors; and carrying out other assigned surveying and office duties.

What we are looking for? Must have good written and spoken Dzongkha and English, with knowledge of other Bhutanese dialects being an advantage. Should have good eyesight, a friendly attitude, and strong manual drawing and writing skills.
