What will you be working on? ? Implement and monitor infrastructure projects of the
Dzongkhag.
? Carries out feasibility studies and surveys.
? Carries out subsoil investigations if capacity allows.
? Prepares plans, designs, technical drawings, and detailed cost
estimates for works.
? Participate in the preparation and evaluation of tender
documents.
? Evaluates tender bids and technical proposals.
? Assists in the administration of contracts for engineering
projects.
? Prepares and maintains accurate records of project progress.
? Prepare and submit timely progress report of the
developmental activities
? Ensure compliance of the project to approved designs,
drawings, standards and specifications
? Conducts laboratory testing of materials.
? Provides engineering data and cost estimates for the
organization’s budget.
? Assist Chief District Engineer in preparation of Environmental
Impact Assessments (EIA) of projects and programs.
? Liaise with ROID/MoIT for project planning and design
requirements if necessary.
? Report to Chief Engineer

1. Valid Citizenship Identity Card
2. Class 10 Academic Transcript and Marksheet.
3. Class 12 Academic Transcript and Marksheet.
4. Diploma (Civil Engineering) Academic Transcript and Mark Sheet.
5. Valid Medical Certificate (within 6-month validity).
6. Online Security Clearance Certificate
7. No Objection Certificate (if currently employed)
