The National Pension Board is pleased to announce the vacancy for the position of Director Operation, Operations Department as outlined below:

Director, Operations.

Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree (full time) from a recognized university in Commerce/Business Administration/Economics/Actuarial Science/ICT

Minimum of 12 years of work experience; and should have serve at least 2 years at position of General Manager/Chief level & above for corporate/Public/Private companies or equivalent position and P1 level & above for civil servants.

18 months of study period shall be considered as active service.

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience.

On contract for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of one term extension based on performance and other regulatory requirements.
