What will you be working on? A Fire and Rescue Crew member will be responsible for responding to and managing fire, rescue, and emergency incidents at the airport to ensure the safety of passengers, staff, aircraft, and airport facilities. The position involves operating airport fire trucks and other emergency response vehicles, conducting regular fire safety inspections, operating firefighting and rescue equipment, and responding promptly to aircraft emergencies, fires, accidents, medical emergencies, and other incidents. The Fire and Rescue Crew will also carry out rescue and evacuation operations, participate in emergency drills and training, maintain firefighting equipment and fire trucks, identify and report potential fire hazards, provide basic first aid and emergency assistance, and coordinate with airport authorities, security personnel, medical teams, and other relevant agencies during emergencies.

What we are looking for? A suitable person for the Fire and Rescue Crew should be physically fit, mentally alert, courageous, disciplined, and able to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies. The person should have good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills and be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. They should be capable of operating fire trucks and other firefighting and rescue equipment, responding quickly to emergencies, and working in challenging and hazardous conditions. Prior experience or training in firefighting, rescue, emergency response, driving heavy vehicles, or related fields would be an advantage.
