What will you be working on? An Administrative Assistant III (Help Desk) will be responsible for providing information, guidance, and assistance to passengers, visitors, and airport users. The work will include responding to enquiries, providing information on airport facilities, procedures, and services, directing passengers to the appropriate counters or personnel, handling telephone calls and basic correspondence, making announcements when required, maintaining records, and coordinating with relevant airport units to address passenger needs and concerns. The position will also provide general administrative support and ensure that passengers receive timely, accurate, and courteous assistance.

What we are looking for? A suitable person should be friendly, polite, patient, approachable, and service-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills. The person should be confident in dealing with passengers from different backgrounds, able to provide clear and accurate information, and remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations or complaints. The person should also have basic IT skills, good Dzongkha and English communication abilities, good listening skills, and the ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required in an airport environment.
