RVJV (Rigsar-Vajra Joint Venture) is a major EPC JV formed to deliver major infrastructure of national significance, meeting global standards.We are hiring the following key HQ positions to build the corporate leadership and people functions of the company. Construction-industry background is essential for all roles.

POSITION  QUALIFICATION  EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

Manager -
Recruitment

People Talent Acquisition

Remote/Hybrid/On-site

 MBA/PGDM (HR) from a
recognised institute.

Minimum 8- 15 years in end-to-end talent acquisition, with at least
5 years in construction/EPC/infrastructure.
Strong track record in bulk site hiring, executive search for senior
roles, and campus + lateral pipelines.
Comfortable with ATS platforms, recruitment-vendor management,
and headhunting for niche technical roles.

Comfortable managing hiring across multiple project sites
simultaneously.

Manager -
Training
People Learning & Development

Gelephu with site travel

 MBA/PGDM (HR/L&D) OR
B.E./B.Tech with L&D
certifications.

Minimum 10- 15 years in L&D, with at least 5 years in
construction / EPC / infrastructure.
Deep experience in site safety training (HSE), technical skill
development, and leadership development programmes.
Competency-framework design, apprenticeship set-up, and
Bhutanese workforce upskilling initiatives.

Comfortable with training-vendor management and internal-trainer
development.
