Perfect Builders Store Ltd. is looking for a responsible and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team.

Position: Accounts Assistant

Number of Vacancies: 1

Qualification: Minimum Class XII, preferably with basic accounting knowledge

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting entries and record transactions accurately.

• Carry out accurate and timely data entry.

• Maintain and update accounting records and supporting documents.

• Assist with daily bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers and other financial records.

• Support the accounts team with routine administrative and accounting duties.

• Ensure proper filing and accuracy of financial documents.

Requirements

• Minimum Class XII qualification.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.

• Good computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage daily tasks responsibly and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and organisational skills.
