Financial Institutions Training Institute (FITI) is conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey, 2026, for the Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Ltd. (RICBL). For this, FITI will be recruiting 22 enumerators from different dzongkhags meeting the following eligibility criteria:

1. Minimum qualification of Class XII/Bachelor’s Degree, (Preference will be given to applicants who have experience and/or are the residents of the respective dzongkhags and gewogs)
2. The enumerators must possess a laptop/iPad/smartphone for the survey
3. Registration shall be selected based on a first-come, first-served basis UPON fulfilling the criteria
4. The enumerators will be recruited for a duration of 4 Days
5. The enumerators will be paid a DSA of Nu. 1000 and 250 as miscellaneous expenses PER DAY (Nu. 1,250 per day)
6. One-Time Voucher Allowance will also be provided (Nu. 99 Only Once)
7. Please refer to the table below for the number of seats available in each dzongkhag
8. The enumerators shall be able to Commit to the entire survey duration (4 days)
