1.Manage front-office duties: greet visitors, handle calls and inquiries
2.Maintain student/staff records, attendance, and official correspondence
3.Schedule meetings and support the Principal's calendar
4.Coordinate admissions paperwork and school events/exams logistics
5.Manage office supplies and handle incoming/outgoing mail.

What we are looking for?

A reliable, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple administrative tasks accurately under time pressure. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, discreet with confidential student/staff information, and comfortable interacting professionally with parents, teachers, and visitors. Prior experience in a school or office environment is an advantage, along with computer proficiency and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
