Position: Front Office Manager/Supervisor
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years in hotel front office operations

Key requirements:

Good communication and guest-handling skills
Experience with reservations, check-in and check-out procedures
Ability to supervise and guide front office staff
Basic computer and hotel-system knowledge
Professional, responsible and able to work flexible shifts
Coordinate with other departments
