Chef de Partie (CDP) Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of kitchen experience, including at least 1-2 years as a Demi
  Chef de Partie or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Ability to manage a kitchen section independently and supervise junior staff.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills
