Position  Slots   Qualification  Experience   Work Station
Cooperatives Manager   1 A minimum of Class 12 qualification
  • At least 5 years relevant
    experience leading farmer
    cooperative, agribusiness or rural
    development programs, ideally
    including offtaker/market-linkage
    negotiation and multi-stakeholder
    government engagement.
  • Strong working knowledge of "The
    Cooperatives Rules and
    Regulations of Bhutan 2010" and
    DAMC operational frameworks or
    equivalent cooperative regulatory
    experience.
  • Demonstrated track record
    structuring and negotiating
    commercial offtake or partnership
    agreements.
  • Experience developing a new
    agricultural product line or sector
    (e.g. floriculture, high-value
    horticulture, export crops) is a
    strong advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management
    skills across government bodies,
    private-sector partners and
    farming communities.
  • Proficiency in English required;
    Dzongkha and/or Tshangla an
    advantage for engagement with
    cooperative members and local
    authorities.
