A 4-star boutique hotel in Thimphu

We are looking for a dedicated leader to fill the following position:

Position	Slot	Candidate profile	Key responsibilities
General Manager	1	Must possess 7 to 10 years of relevant hospitality experience. Min 3-5 years in a Leadership position A "Hands-on" leader who leads by example Must be a strong communicator capable of managing the team and guest relations Highly service and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Expertise	Ability to manage budgets and costs, with a deep understanding of hospitality accounting Responsible for training, and developing a high-performing team to maintain high service standards Ability to generate revenue for the company through strategic sales and marketing Ensure seamless daily operations across all hotel departments Developing SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery Nurturing an ideal working environment

Salary will be offered based on experience and value
