What will you be working on? As Warden, you will be responsible for the overall care, discipline, and welfare of boarding students at the school. Key areas of work include:

1.Supervising daily hostel routines including wake-up, study hours, meals, and lights-out
2.Ensuring student safety, discipline, and adherence to hostel rules
3.Monitoring student health and wellbeing, and coordinating medical attention when needed
4.Maintaining hostel records (attendance, leave, incidents) and liaising with parents/guardians
5.Coordinating with school administration on boarding logistics.
6.Fostering a supportive, disciplined living environment conducive to students' academic and personal growth

What we are looking for? A responsible, patient, and vigilant individual who can provide consistent care and guidance to boarding students, many of whom are away from their families. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment in handling student welfare and disciplinary matters, and the ability to remain calm and alert. Prior experience working with children or in a residential/hostel setting is an advantage, along with a genuine commitment to student safety and wellbeing.
