Rigsar Construction Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce an Earn & Learn Attachment Programme for Bhutanese male youth aged 18 to 40 years at our ongoing Jamjee Solar Project in Thimphu as assistant drill machine operators.

This programme is designed to provide practical work experience while enabling participants to earn an income and develop valuable skills in the construction and renewable energy sector.

PROGRAMME BENEFITS

Nu. 20,000 Monthly remuneration
Nu. 120/hour Overtime payment
