Sherubtse College is pleased to announce a vacancy for the post of Store In-charge (Regular), as detailed below:

Eligible candidates may apply via the online portal RUB IMS. Applicants are required to register as a job applicant via https://ims.rub.edu.bt and then apply latest by June 26, 2026, 4:30 PM.

Position Profile:

1. Store In-charge

Eligibility Criteria:

A candidate must:

1. Be a Bhutanese citizen.

2. Have attained at least 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age.

3. Meet qualification, experience, and other requirements as specified in the position profile of the position.

Documents:

1. Diploma Certificate: In the event the recent diploma certificate is yet to be awarded, a provisional diploma certificate must be submitted instead.

2. Mark sheets of Diploma, and mark sheet & pass certificate of Class X and XII.

3. Valid Security Clearance Certificate: Approved online and valid on the last day of the application.

4. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate for Employment/Interview (valid on the last date of application).

5. Valid Citizenship ID card (both sides).

6. Valid Audit Clearance Certificate (Interview): If currently employed.

7. No Objection Certificate: Employed candidates must produce a No Objection Certificate from the Parent/Working Agency within 5 working days after the selection interview, if selected.

8. Experience Certificate(s) / documentary evidence(s) for current and previous employment records.

Important Notes:

• The two references provided should both be professional referees from two different organizations, if employed. If there is only one past/current employment record, one referee should be from that organization and the other one should be from the School/College/University where the highest qualification was obtained. If there is no past/current employment record, both referees should be from the School/College/University where the highest qualification was obtained.

• Applications with incomplete documents or incomplete information will be directly rejected during the time of initial scrutiny.

• Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the applicants to ensure that all mandatory documents as mentioned above are submitted through the online application.

• Candidates must produce a Negative Drug Certificate, if selected. Applicants cannot apply for more than two positions.
