1. Royal Bhutan Army is pleased to announce the availability of 225 male and 50 female vacancies for
recruitment into RBA for 82nd Batch Male Recruits and 6th Batch Female Recruits.

2. Interested candidates should report to the following Recruitment Centre for preliminary selection.
The details of the Recruitment Centres, Catchment Areas, Time plan (reporting time) and contact person is tabulated as under:-

Note: Candidates can register in any of the Recruitment Centres based on their convenience

3. These Recruitment Centre will ensure and inform that all the selected candidates to move to RBA,
Military Training Centre on own arrangement. The reporting date will be intimated by the Recruitment
Centre's Committee.

4. Final selection and medical test at Military Training Centre will be carried out sequentially.

5. Qualitative requirement and procedures:-

(a) For Male:-

(i) Age                                : Min 18 & Max 25 yrs & below as of 31 Aug

(ii) Height                           : Minimum 5 feet (152.4 cm)

(iii) Weight                          : As per BMІ

(iv) Education Qualification   : Class X/VTI passed out (PCA)

(v) Marital Status                : Single

(vi) No prominent unnatural marks (tattoo of any kind) on any part of the body that will
have to be exposed when in uniform.

(vii) No body piercing on any parts of the body

(viii) No Knock-Knee

(ix) No hearing impairment

(x) Visual acuity of 6/6

6. Document Required:-
(a) Security Clearance
(b) Copy of Citizenship Card
(c) 02 copies of passport sized photographs
(d) Copy of CID cards of both the parents
(e) Parental consent letter along with family tree from census online office
(f) NOC from parent organization if employed/monks
(g) Certificate of competency (Proficiency Certificates)
(h) School leaving certificate, mark sheet and other relevant certificates for female candidates
only.
