The Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation (BTF) invites proposals under the Large Grant Funding Window Call (FY 2026–2027) in the following thematic areas, aligned with the objectives of the BTF Royal Charter.

The Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation (BTF) invites proposals under the Large Grant Funding Window Call (FY 2026–2027) in the following thematic areas, aligned with the objectives of the BTF Royal Charter, the priorities of the Royal Government of Bhutan's 13th Five-Year Plan, and recommendations from stakeholder consultations:
1. Thematic Area I – Preserving Biological Diversity
2. Thematic Area II – Enabling Human-wildlife Coexistence
3. Thematic Area III – Mitigating and Adapting to Climate Change
4. Thematic Area IV – Addressing Adverse Impacts of Development on the Environment
 
𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: 𝟳 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆), 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝟱:𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗺
 
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆
1. 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗥𝗚𝗼𝗕 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀: The duly completed Project Concept Note should be submitted in hard copy or electronically as a single PDF document to the BTF Office, or via email to Ms. Phuntsho Choden at phuntsho@bhutantrustfund.bt, with a copy to Mr. Leki Tshewang at leki@bhutantrustfund.bt.
 
2. 𝗥𝗚𝗼𝗕 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀: Proposals should be routed through the respective parent central agency (where applicable) and the Department of Macro-Fiscal and Development Finance, Ministry of Finance. The duly completed Project Concept Note should then be submitted in hard copy or electronically as a single PDF document to the BTF Office or via email to Ms. Phuntsho Choden at phuntsho@bhutantrustfund.bt .
