All interested individuals/firms may collect the Terms of Reference (ToR) including the consultancy evaluation criteria by emailing at procurement.bhutan@savethechildren.org  during office hours.
 
Sealed bid proposals must be submitted by 5:00 PM on June 17, 2026, to the Tender Box located at the Reception of Save the Children Bhutan Office.
