Interested Bhutanese candidates who have the required eligibility criteria may apply to HR and Administration Section, Drukair Corporation Limited, Paro town with duly filled Drukair Employment Application Form (click here to download) along with following documents on or before 10 June 2026 before close of office at 17:00 hours. For further information on eligibility criteria, required documents and other important details of the positions please see below.

  1. Academic Mark sheets:
    1. For Degree post: Degree, Class XII & Class X mark sheet
    2. For Class XII post: Class XII & Class X mark sheet
  2. Copy of Citizenship ID card
  3. Security Clearance (online approved – should bring a copy)
  4. Recent Medical Certificate (not older than 6 months)
  5. Recommendation letters (if any)

Note

  1. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
  2. Candidates who have submitted complete documents will be shortlisted based on preliminary interview result. Incomplete application and/or non submission of any required documents will be disqualified. Applicants must look out for the announcement of shortlisted name list in the DACL Website for final selection interview venue, time and date. DACL will not be responsible if any candidates do not appear for the interview on the announced dates.
  3. Candidate shall be required to produce No Objection Certificate if currently employed at the time of appointment (if selected).
  4. All candidates are required to bring relevant documents in ORIGINAL for verification at the time of the selection interview.
  5. Any candidate who is shortlisted but is unable to produce relevant and valid documents or does not meet any one of the eligibility criteria will be disqualified from the interview
  6. There is no standby for the shortlisted candidates i.e. if a candidate is disqualified from shortlist; the next candidate in line will not be shortlisted in his/her place.
  7. Please give valid contact numbers & email ID in the application.
  8. Applicants must bring their own copy of documents required. Drukair will not provide copying facilities
  9. The entry grade, pay, allowances and benefits will be as per the Service Manual
  10. The selected candidates shall be required to undergo thorough test for drug and psychoactive substance abuse and shall be only appointed if found acceptable in these tests.

1. Trainee Pilot (02)

Vacancy Two (02)
Grade 0-10 (16,185-405-24,285) + allowances and benefits as admissible).
Min. Qualification Class XII Science passed with an aggregate of 60% in English, Maths and Physics and PCA in Class X.
Min. Age Between 18 to 21 Years as of application deadline (born between 11 June 2005 to 10 June 2008).
Experience Relevant working experience or training in relevant field is an added advantage.
Height Minimum height is 160cm for female and 165cm for male (applies to fresh applicants only).
Vision Normal vision 6/6 without the use of glasses or contact lenses (applies to fresh applicants only).
Employment Status Regular
