We're Hiring
- Admissions Officer
 
As an Admissions Officer, you will be a trusted guide for students navigating the process of
studying abroad and taking credit for the joy they receive when their dreams come true.
Managing the admissions journey from first consultation to university enrolment and visa, all
whilst building strong relationships with clients & institutional partners that can last a lifetime.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Counsel students and families on university options, entry requirements, and career
    pathways.
  • Guide clients through the complete application and documentation process for international universities.
  • Coordinate with clients, colleagues & university representatives.
  • Participate in university fairs, partner training sessions, and industry events.
  • Review and verify student documentation including transcripts, statements of purpose, financial documents, and visa applications.
  • Track application statuses and proactively follow up with clients and institutions to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong English (Written and Spoken)
  • Outgoing/Socially Confident, comfortable participating in industry events and training sessions.
  • Proficient in email correspondence, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
  • Natural interest in analytical/strategic thinking, case research & problem solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preference

  • Demonstrated leadership experience/extracurricular achievements (school, uni, etc)
  • Any relevant experience in admissions (New Zealand, Canada, Australia, India, UK)
