The Punatsangchhu-I Hydroelectric Project Authority invites applications from eligible Bhutanese nationals for the following positions on Contract Service for an initial period of three (3) years.

Eligible candidates must submit their application either in person/online at po@phpa1.gov.bt  to Personnel Officer, Personnel Division, PHPA-I, Bjimthangkha, Wangdue Phodrang on OR before 30.05.2026 during office hours with the following documents. 1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
2. Copies of academic transcripts (mark sheets & certificates)
3. Copy of Citizen Identity Card (CID)
4. Valid Security Clearance Certificate
5. Experience certificates (if currently or previously employed)
6. Medical Fitness Certificate (valid for 6 months)
7. Audit Clearance Certificate (if currently employed).
8. No Objection Certificate from parent organization (if currently employed)
9. Original documents must be produced at the time of the selection interview.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed the maximum age specified for each post as of the last date of application submission.
• Grade Negotiation: Grade may be negotiated based on qualifications and relevant experience.
• Selection Basis: Selection will be based on merit and relevant hydropower experience.
• Preference: Candidates with work experience in hydropower projects will be given preference
