Swimming course is to equip participants with the fundamental skills, techniques, and confidence needed to swim safely and efficiently in various aquatic environments. The course aims to develop water safety awareness, proper breathing techniques, and proficiency in different swimming strokes such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. It also emphasizes physical fitness, endurance, and coordination, while fostering a sense of discipline and self-confidence. Additionally, the course may include basic lifesaving skills and an understanding of pool rules and etiquette to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience in and around water.
