The Royal Bhutan Police is pleased to announce the availability of 20 (12 Male and 8 Female) vacancies for the Officer Cadets intake-2026.
A. Field of Study Requirements:
i. Bachelors's degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and
related fields: 4 Male/ 2 Female
ii. Legal (LLB): 1Male/1Female
iii. Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science: 2 Male/2 Female
iv. Bachelor's Degree (General): 5 Male/ 3 Female

B. Eligibility/Criteria.
i. Produce Bhutanese Citizenship Identity card (CID);
ii. Produce valid Security Clearance Certificate;
iii. Should not have any Criminal Records;
iv. Should be between 18-25 years of age on the date of registration and the
verification of age shall be based on the CID;
v. Minimum height of 5 feet 5 inches for male and 5 feet 3 inches for female;
vi. Produce bachelor's degree Certificate (10+2+3) with original mark sheets from a university recognized by the Royal University of Bhutan;
vii. Should have passed Bhutan Civil Service Examination with 50% marks and above;
viii. Should be physically and medically fit;
ix. In-service applicants from other organizations should produce No Objection Certificate from the parent organization; and
x. Should be unmarried.

C. Documents required (to be uploaded as a single PDF file):
i. A copy Citizenship Identity Card;
ii. Valid Security Clearance Certificate;
iii. Class X Pass Certificate and Mark Sheet;
iv. Class XII Pass Certificate and Mark Sheet;
V. Degree Mark sheets and Certificates;
vi. Copy of Bhutan Civil Service Examination Result;
vii. Copy of valid medical fitness certificate issued by a competent RGoB medical doctor;
viii. No Objection Certificate (if already in-service); and
ix. Any other relevant certificates (if any).
