Key Responsibilities
The Entry Level Coordinator will provide operational, administrative, and coordination support to one or more divisions within EDG. The role offers structured exposure to EDG's core functions, including investment promotion and industry development.
Key Responsibilities
1 Administrative & Operational Support

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing meeting materials.

Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, workshops, conferences, and site visits.

Manage all documents related to investment coordination, including proposals, policies, meeting minutes, trackers, presentations, and other relevant materials.
2 Investment Coordination

Track deliverables, milestones, and action items; follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

Support reviews of investment proposals, conduct initial due diligence, and business facilitation activities as assigned.
4.3 Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Support the organisation of outreach events, roadshows, and networking sessions.
4.4 Research & Analysis
-
Conduct desktop research on economic trends, industry developments, and competitor landscape to support team priorities.

Assist in data summaries, fact sheets, and briefing notes on topics relevant to EDG's mandate.

Support due diligence processes, and pre-investment activities for key anchor projects.

Compile and synthesise information for reports, presentations, and briefing papers for internal and external audiences.
Reporting & Accountability
The Associate reports to the Managing Director of Economic Development Group, GMCA, and works closely with other departments to ensure integrated delivery of economic development priorities.
