STCBL announces the launch of the 7th batch of the IB SkillPro Program by Tata Motors (Principal Company of STCBL), aimed at empowering unemployed and underprivileged youth across IB markets.
The program provides structured training in automobile service and maintenance through a combination of classroom learning, hands-on workshops, and real-world experience.

In addition to technical skills, the program focuses on developing professional discipline, customer
service, and workplace readiness, enabling long-term career growth. Successful participants will be
integrated into Tata Motors’ network or linked to relevant employment opportunities, reinforcing the
company’s commitment to social impact and skill development.

Program Details
• Training Name: Tata Motors Skill Pro Program-2026
• Slots Available: 2
• Qualification: XII pass (Higher Secondary School (Certificate))

Eligibility Criteria:
• Age: Age (between 20 to 27 years)
• Education: Minimum XII pass (Higher Secondary School (Certificate))
• Training done in Auto mechanical shall be added advantage for the shortlisting
• Training Areas: Auto mechanical repair of TATA vehicles, Diagnostics (BS4 & BS6)
• Duration: 9 months
• Mode: Theoretical & Practical (In-person)
• Place of Training: Jamshedpur, Tata Plant, India

Terms & Conditions
1. Airfare and medical insurance shall be borne by the nominee.
2. The distributor shall pay 100% of the stipend amount (USD 150 per month) for 9 months, the
same will be reimbursed by Tata Motors.
3. All other expenses in India shall be borne by Tata Motors.
